1. what does a typical Hoopslink Fitness session include?

15 min:

  • Stretching and balance drills
  • Stationary dribbling drills
  • Simple active dribbling drills
  • Basic Individual Defensive Drills
    • Footwork
    • Holding a stance/chopping feet
    • Holding/Moving in a defensive stance
    • Team defense/movement
    • Rebounding/Loose ball/ hustling drills

25 min:

  • Full court layups/finishing drills
  • Full court shooting drills (mid-range and 3-point shooting)
  • Active spot shooting drills with passers

20 min:

  • Competitive shooting drills
  • Finisher

2. Which members can PARTICIPATE in Hoopslink fitness sessions?

Fitness Sessions are designed for members of all skill levels.  All members are welcome to participate in HoopsLink Fitness Sessions.

3. How many members can participate in each Fitness Sessions?

Fitness Sessions are capped at 14 members.

4. During fitness sessions, will members be competing against each other?

Members will not be competing head to head during HoopsLink Fitness Sessions.  There will, however, be individual competitive shooting drills.
